Customer experiences with Gorselé

For my trip on December 15 from Brussels airport to Zeebrugge, the driver was on time, friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend him.

Excellent service, the driver was punctual, very friendly and helpful!

Great driver in a very clean and comfortable Mercedes!

On time. Safe drivers, excellent service.

Very good service

Very friendly driver who was ready and brought me home safely after the night shift with overtime.

I have been using their services for almost a year. Servicing & Dispatch desk: 100%. Always friendly and accurate. Even in the event of a sudden cancellation, they do what they have to do: satisfy the customer. Accuracy of collection time and destination time: 99% Only 1 collection far too late. The reason was a traffic jam in which the driver was sitting. There too, the response was correct: "According to the driver, it will take another 45 minutes." The driver was also connected to me so that I had direct contact. Driving style and comfort on the road: 100% drivers are focused on customer satisfaction on the road: Calm and anticipatory driving style; an eye for wild animals along the way; If I had to do some work in silence, the music was turned off or another station was selected; a professional social chat also kills driving time, the drivers don't pick your nose but are committed. Unforeseen: 100% There were suddenly 2 more stops where I had to be, and that was handled immediately by the driver with all friendliness. Baggage handling; 100% Very helpful also with heavy and difficult luggage. Price: normal

I have been using this company's services for years and have never encountered any problems. Many drivers are also very friendly, attentive and correct.

Good drivers and accurate service. The price was crazy high. Perhaps because it was just across the border in the Netherlands, but the taxi drivers themselves were surprised about the price. Reply to comment. Hello, I'm trying to get in touch with you. Unfortunately it hasn't worked yet. Update: it was all handled well and the price is now a lot better! It's also nice to be able to solve it over the phone. Good service.
