Unless special terms on a quote or invoice apply, the following conditions apply. Quotes are based on current labour, fuel and service costs. Prices may be adjusted proportionally if costs change beyond Gorselé’s control.
Quotes are valid for 60 days and may be changed before acceptance. Prices exclude VAT. Gorselé confirms the agreement in writing after acceptance.
Complaints about conformity must be made within three days after the assignment. Invoices must be disputed in writing with reasons within eight days of the invoice date, stating the date and invoice number.
Invoices are payable immediately unless agreed otherwise. The existing terms specify 3% late-payment interest and fixed compensation of 10%, with a minimum of €40.
The existing terms designate the competent court or justice of the peace where Gorselé has its operating office, registered office or residence. Either party may end an agreement without compensation if force majeure, strikes or similar circumstances make performance impossible.
